The NDI Group is building an intermodal terminal worth over PLN 80 million, comprising a railway siding, handling yards and technical infrastructure; completion was scheduled for August 2026.

At the junction of Kielecka Street and Droga Gdyńska, on a plot of nearly 2 ha, a complex of four buildings is being built (three residential ones of 7, 17 and 35 storeys and one office building) with a tower 120 m high, one of the tallest residential structures in Poland; phase I (a 17-storey building A with 93 flats) is due to finish in Q2 2028.
