In Chocicza Mała near Września a production and warehouse hall of 6,119 m², divided into four modules with office sections, was opened as a Local Business Centre of the Wałbrzych SEZ Invest-Park.

At Wojska Polskiego Street in Września a sports and teaching hall of 2,500 m² was built for PLN 11 million, with seating, a gym and teaching rooms; the building was handed over in early 2020.
