Aerial lift transport: delivery and collection

RK Rental arranges the transport of aerial lifts: delivery to the work site and collection when the rental ends. We carry some loads with our own rigs and subcontract some to partner carriers. The equipment arrives ready to work, with a current UDT inspection and its documentation (UDT is Poland's Office of Technical Inspection).

How do we transport lifts to the site?

We transport lifts on a lorry with a loading ramp and on a low-loader trailer. The machine arrives on site secured, after inspection and with current UDT documents, ready to work straight away. We deliver across Poland from our base in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz: to industrial halls and factories, façades, steel structure erection and maintenance work.

Who delivers the lift?

We arrange the transport: some deliveries travel on our own rigs and some are carried by partner carriers. We agree the date and cost of delivery when we give you the quote.

How much does lift transport cost?

Transport is quoted separately, from PLN 250 net, depending on the distance from our base in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz and on the type of machine. We give the cost of delivery and collection together with the rental quote, before you book: the daily rate does not include transport.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Machines leave from our base in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz. We most often serve Bydgoszcz, Toruń (about 50 min to 1 hour away) and Poznań (about 1 h 50 min to 2 hours), and we regularly serve a number of other cities in the region and beyond. We deliver across the whole of Poland.

Is the equipment ready to work straight after delivery?

Yes. It arrives on site after inspection, with a current UDT inspection (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection).
