Rental of cherry pickers (boom-type aerial work platforms, MEWPs), scissor lifts and vertical mast lifts at RK Rental: 100 models, articulating, telescopic, scissor and mast lifts, from 7.7 m to 56.9 m of working height. We arrange delivery from our base near Bydgoszcz: Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Poznań and all over Poland. Every lift has been inspected and has a current UDT inspection (UDT is Poland's Office of Technical Inspection); you can ask about renting with an operator when you request a quote. Aerial lift rental costs from PLN 80 + VAT per day: scissor lifts from PLN 80, articulating boom lifts from PLN 160, telescopic boom lifts from PLN 180 (rates for rentals of more than 14 days; shorter rentals have a higher daily rate). We arrange delivery and collection of machines. When a transport slot is free, delivery is often possible within 24 hours of confirmation. Our base is in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz; we most often deliver to Bydgoszcz, Toruń and Poznań, and we deliver across the whole country.

Equipment arrives on site after inspection, with a valid UDT inspection (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection; where regulations require it) and full documentation. Over 250 machines in the fleet, from well-known brands.

What is a cherry picker?
A cherry picker is the everyday name for a boom-type aerial work platform: a lift with a basket that raises people with their tools to work at height. Scissor lifts and vertical mast lifts are mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) too. In the RK Rental range these are scissor, articulating (basket), telescopic and vertical mast lifts.
Which cherry picker should I choose for my job?
For indoors on a level floor, an electric scissor lift. For a construction site and rough ground, a 4×4 rough terrain scissor lift. When you have to reach over an obstacle, an articulating boom lift. When the greatest height and reach to the side matter, a telescopic boom lift. Remember that working height is the platform height plus about 2 m. Describe the job and we will select a model.
How much does it cost to rent a cherry picker?
Aerial lift rental costs from PLN 80 + VAT per day: scissor lifts from PLN 80, articulating boom lifts from PLN 160, telescopic boom lifts from PLN 180 (rates for rentals of more than 14 days; shorter rentals have a higher daily rate). The price depends on the type and height of the machine, the rental period and the work location, because we price transport separately. We prepare quotes on working days.
Do I need a licence to operate a cherry picker?
Yes, the operator of a mobile elevating work platform must hold a valid UDT licence (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection). If you do not have one, we can train your employees on a UDT course. You can ask about renting with an operator when you request a quote; this is possible when one of our service technicians qualified as an operator is free on that date.
