Sales representative: rental and sale of machines, office-based
We are looking for a sales representative to join RK Rental's sales department and offer the company's whole range: rental of cherry pickers (aerial work platforms, MEWPs) and telehandlers, sale of new and used machines, spare parts and service. Talking to customers, quotations, looking after current customers and winning new ones. The work is in the office in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz, with occasional trips to a customer. What will your duties be?
- Handling customer enquiries about the company's whole range: rental of cherry pickers (aerial work platforms, MEWPs) and telehandlers, purchase of new and used machines, spare parts and service, by phone, e-mail and messages.
- Talking to customers: matching the machine to the job, the date and the place.
- Preparing and sending quotations for rental, machine sales, parts and service.
- Managing the rental from the enquiry to handing the machine over to the customer, in cooperation with service and transport.
- Looking after current customers and winning further orders from them.
- Finding and winning new customers.
- Occasional trips to a customer.
What are our requirements?
- Ease in talking to customers, by phone and in person.
- Good work organisation and independence.
- Computer skills: e-mail, Word, Excel.
- Category B driving licence.
What would be an additional advantage?
- Experience in sales or in serving business customers.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or of machinery rental.
- Experience in the automotive industry, e.g. in parts or machinery trading.

- Employment contract, full time: office work from Monday to Friday, 7:30–15:30.
