[case 1] Proportional output's failure : Drive movement while driving. YV160 is supplied powered via the YV160S output from U106 ECU during 2 s (once) at startup and when drive is running. Otherwise YV160 is not supplied and then seen as failing. [case 2] Digital output supplying the PVG while driving is failing. YV160 is supplied powered via the YV160S output from U106 ECU during 2 s (once) at startup and when drive is running. Otherwise YV160 is not supplied and then seen as failing. [case 4] Failure indicator for PVG is active. Failure indicator provided by PVG component, mechanical problem detected. YV160 is supplied powered via the YV160S output from U106 ECU during 2 s (once) at startup and when drive is running. Otherwise YV160 is not supplied and then seen as failing.

Possible causes
- Check YV160 : Connection to ground (pin3), and to U106 ECU (pin1), to YV160S (pin4).
- Check YV160S : Connection to YV160 electrovalve (pin4).
- Check YV160 : Connection to ground (pin3), and to U106 ECU (pin1), to YV160S (pin2).
- Check YV160S : Connection to YV160 electrovalve (pin2).
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
What service does
A qualified service technician reads the code with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools, finds the cause, clears the code and carries out a function test.
