General check on angle position can be done as following : Telescope retracted, horizontal boom Extend the boom (nearly 1m) Extend the boom (nearly 8m) Extend the boom (nearly 8m+) Extend the boom (nearly 8m++) Extend the boom to high end Retract the boom (nearly 8m++) Retract the boom (nearly 8m+) Retract the boom (nearly 8m) Retract the boom (nearly 1m) Telescope retracted, boom down To erase F07.11 failure: retract the boom telescope then descent arm and boom, check the position detectors (repair if one is broken), power OFF the machine and then power ON If failure is still active then one of the six detectors defining the machine position is not in the expected state [case 1] Voltage failure of SQ533 sensor [case 2] Incoherence between telescope position sensors : Falling edge on telescope extended sensor out of the allowed zone (telescope limit not detected) [case 4] Incoherence between telescope position sensors : Raising edge on telescope extended sensor out of the allowed zone (telescope limit not detected) [case 8] Incoherence between telescope position sensors : Raising edge on telescope limit detector not in allowed zone (telescope extended sensor) during telescope extend movement [case 16] Incoherence between telescope position sensors : Falling edge on telescope limit detector not in allowed zone (telescope extended sensor) during telescope extend movement [case 32] Incoherence between telescope limit detector and telescope retracted position detectors [case 64] Incoherence between telescope extended detector and telescope retracted position detectors
