Message on the display: Engine max temperature reached

The Haulotte display shows code F16.01 with the message “Engine max temperature reached”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Possible causes
There is no English description of the causes of this code. The service technician establishes the cause during diagnosis of the machine, using the manufacturer's service manual.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
What service does
A qualified service technician reads the code with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools, finds the cause, clears the code and carries out a function test.
