About Airo
Airo is a brand of the Italian company Tigieffe (now Airo Industries), with roots going back to 1970, when the Ferramola brothers founded TGF in Luzzara, between Parma and Mantua. The company started out with small forklift trucks, and since around 1990 it has designed and built its own platforms under the AIRO brand. The name comes from an Ancient Greek word meaning to lift, to raise.
The range is broad: self-propelled scissor lifts (Range X, including the XL19E with a double deck extension, up to approx. 19 m), articulating booms (Range A, from approx. 12 to 23 m), telescopic booms up to approx. 34 m, vertical masts, and compact spider lifts and push-around platforms.
The brand is also growing on the American market and is well known in European rental.

Where do Airo machines work best?
Airo platforms are used on construction sites, in industry and in maintenance: from scissor lifts, through masts, to articulating and telescopic booms, including compact versions for tight spaces.
Flagship model: Airo XL19E
The XL19E scissor lift with a double deck extension (approx. 19 m) is Airo's representative platform. A large work platform for construction and industrial work.

Periodic inspections and UDT preparation
We carry out periodic and maintenance inspections of Airo machines in line with the manufacturer's requirements and prepare the equipment for UDT inspections.
Repairs and post-warranty service
Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs of Airo lifts, after the manufacturer's warranty has ended (post-warranty service). At our workshop or on site at your premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.
Service life assessment
We carry out the service life assessment (identification of the technical condition) that UDT requires for Airo machines which have exceeded the service life set by the manufacturer.
Documentation and manuals
We help to put together the technical and operating documentation (DTR), operating manuals and service documentation for Airo machines.
Replacement machine
If a repair of your Airo machine takes longer, we provide a replacement machine for demanding customers, subject to fleet availability, so the downtime on site is shorter.

Do you service Airo lifts?
Yes. RK Rental carries out repairs and periodic maintenance inspections of Airo lifts, both at our workshop in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz and on site at the customer's premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.
Do you have spare parts for Airo?
Yes. We supply spare parts for Airo machines, original parts or proven replacements, with delivery anywhere in Poland.
Can you prepare Airo machines for the UDT inspection and carry out a service life assessment?
Yes. We prepare Airo machines for UDT inspections (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection), carry out periodic and maintenance inspections and the service life assessment required once the manufacturer's service life has been exceeded.
Do you service Airo after the warranty has ended?
Yes. We provide post-warranty service for Airo: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs, regardless of where the machine was bought.
