About Böcker
Böcker is a German manufacturer of aluminium cranes and hoists, a family-owned company founded in 1958 and headquartered in Werne. It is the inventor of aluminium cranes and presented this innovative, lightweight technology in 1989.
Combining high-strength aluminium alloys with fine-grained steels gives a long reach with a low dead weight. The key advantage of the flagship AHK series is a gross vehicle weight of 3.5 tonnes (category B driving licence) combined with high lifting capacity and reach: the AHK 36 reaches approx. 34–36 m, with a lifting capacity of up to 2,400 kg.
The range includes truck-mounted and trailer cranes, furniture lifts (e.g. Agilo up to 55 m) and construction hoists. Drives are available in combustion, electric and hybrid versions, including for low-emission work in cities. The company employs more than 650 people and manufactures in Germany.
