About Dieci
Dieci is an Italian telehandler manufacturer founded in 1962 as F.lli Dieci in Montecchio Emilia; the company started with concrete mixers. It was one of the first European manufacturers to start producing telehandlers, from 1983.
The range is very broad, from several dozen to more than a hundred models, sold in more than 80 countries. The product families are the rotating Pegasus (360°/400° rotation, since 2000), the rigid-frame Icarus and Runner, the agricultural Agri and the heavy-duty Hercules.
In 1998, Dieci introduced the S.I.R. series (Samson, Icarus, Runner), and in 2021 it redesigned the Pegasus range, dividing it into Essential, Classic and Elite classes. The company is also developing alternative drives, including hybrid drives for agricultural telehandlers.

Where do Dieci machines work best?

Service life assessment
We carry out the service life assessment (identification of the technical condition) that UDT requires for Dieci machines which have exceeded the service life set by the manufacturer.
Documentation and manuals
We help to put together the technical and operating documentation (DTR), operating manuals and service documentation for Dieci machines.
Replacement machine
If a repair of your Dieci machine takes longer, we provide a replacement machine for demanding customers, subject to fleet availability, so the downtime on site is shorter.

Yes. We prepare Dieci machines for UDT inspections (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection), carry out periodic and maintenance inspections and the service life assessment required once the manufacturer's service life has been exceeded.
Do you service Dieci after the warranty has ended?
Yes. We provide post-warranty service for Dieci: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs, regardless of where the machine was bought.
