About Hinowa
Hinowa is an Italian manufacturer of tracked spider platforms, founded in 1987 in Nogara in the province of Verona. The company operates in three areas: Lightlift tracked platforms, mini dumpers and tracked undercarriages, which it also supplies for other applications.
The flagship Lightlift series covers a working range of approx. 13–40 m, and drives are available in combustion engine, diesel and lithium-ion variants. Hinowa was one of the pioneers of lithium-ion technology in aerial platforms: it presented its first such model in 2009.
Since 31 January 2023, Hinowa has belonged to the Oshkosh corporation (JLG group); the transaction was valued at approx. USD 192 million, and the brand continues to operate under its own name. The company is known for its innovative tracked undercarriages with variable track width.
Hinowa machines are valued for work in hard-to-reach places, on soft ground and inside buildings.

We carry out periodic and maintenance inspections of Hinowa machines in line with the manufacturer's requirements and prepare the equipment for UDT inspections.
Repairs and post-warranty service
Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs of Hinowa lifts, after the manufacturer's warranty has ended (post-warranty service). At our workshop or on site at your premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.
Service life assessment
We carry out the service life assessment (identification of the technical condition) that UDT requires for Hinowa machines which have exceeded the service life set by the manufacturer.
Documentation and manuals
We help to put together the technical and operating documentation (DTR), operating manuals and service documentation for Hinowa machines.
Replacement machine
If a repair of your Hinowa machine takes longer, we provide a replacement machine for demanding customers, subject to fleet availability, so the downtime on site is shorter.

Can you prepare Hinowa machines for the UDT inspection and carry out a service life assessment?
Yes. We prepare Hinowa machines for UDT inspections (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection), carry out periodic and maintenance inspections and the service life assessment required once the manufacturer's service life has been exceeded.
Do you service Hinowa after the warranty has ended?
Yes. We provide post-warranty service for Hinowa: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs, regardless of where the machine was bought.
