About Merlo
Merlo is an Italian telehandler manufacturer, a family-owned company based in Cervasca near Cuneo, with a plant covering approx. 330,000 m². Its origins go back to 1911 and the workshop of Giuseppe Amilcare Merlo, and the Merlo Group was formally established in 1964.
Merlo presented its own first telehandler (the SM30) in 1981, and in 1991 it pioneered the Roto rotating telehandler, which lifts, extends and rotates the load like a crane. The range includes the rotating Roto, the agricultural Turbofarmer, the Multifarmer telehandler and tractor hybrid, the fixed-frame Panoramic and the electric eWorker.
The brand is known for its proprietary M CDC safety system (dynamic load control) and its comfortable self-levelling hydropneumatic suspension. The company produces approx. 7,000 machines a year and has a network of more than 600 dealers worldwide, including authorised distributors in Poland.

Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs of Merlo telehandlers, after the manufacturer's warranty has ended (post-warranty service). At our workshop or on site at your premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.
Service life assessment
We carry out the service life assessment (identification of the technical condition) that UDT requires for Merlo machines which have exceeded the service life set by the manufacturer.
Documentation and manuals
We help to put together the technical and operating documentation (DTR), operating manuals and service documentation for Merlo machines.
Replacement machine
If a repair of your Merlo machine takes longer, we provide a replacement machine for demanding customers, subject to fleet availability, so the downtime on site is shorter.

Yes. RK Rental carries out repairs and periodic maintenance inspections of Merlo telehandlers, both at our workshop in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz and on site at the customer's premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.

Can you prepare Merlo machines for the UDT inspection and carry out a service life assessment?
Yes. We prepare Merlo machines for UDT inspections (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection), carry out periodic and maintenance inspections and the service life assessment required once the manufacturer's service life has been exceeded.
Do you service Merlo after the warranty has ended?
Yes. We provide post-warranty service for Merlo: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs, regardless of where the machine was bought.
