About Teupen
Teupen is a German manufacturer of tracked spider platforms, founded in 1977 in Gronau. The company employs more than 200 people and positions itself in the premium segment as the only manufacturer of this type of platform to produce entirely in Germany.
The flagship LEO series consists of tracked spider lifts with working heights of about 12–50 m, available in standard, GT/GTplus and insulated versions for live-line work. The name LEO has become virtually synonymous with this type of platform.
Since 9 April 2024 Teupen has been owned by the American corporation Altec. Previously, the majority stake was held by Martin Borutta, and the Chinese company Dingli held 24%, which was bought back before the transaction with Altec.
Teupen machines are aimed at the power sector, telecommunications, tree care and facility maintenance.

Periodic inspections and UDT preparation
We carry out periodic and maintenance inspections of Teupen machines in line with the manufacturer's requirements and prepare the equipment for UDT inspections.
Repairs and post-warranty service
Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs of Teupen lifts, after the manufacturer's warranty has ended (post-warranty service). At our workshop or on site at your premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.
Service life assessment
We carry out the service life assessment (identification of the technical condition) that UDT requires for Teupen machines which have exceeded the service life set by the manufacturer.
Documentation and manuals
We help to put together the technical and operating documentation (DTR), operating manuals and service documentation for Teupen machines.
Replacement machine
If a repair of your Teupen machine takes longer, we provide a replacement machine for demanding customers, subject to fleet availability, so the downtime on site is shorter.

Do you service Teupen lifts?
Yes. RK Rental carries out repairs and periodic maintenance inspections of Teupen lifts, both at our workshop in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz and on site at the customer's premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.
Do you have spare parts for Teupen?
Yes. We supply spare parts for Teupen machines, original parts or proven replacements, with delivery anywhere in Poland.
Can you prepare Teupen machines for the UDT inspection and carry out a service life assessment?
Yes. We prepare Teupen machines for UDT inspections (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection), carry out periodic and maintenance inspections and the service life assessment required once the manufacturer's service life has been exceeded.
Do you service Teupen after the warranty has ended?
Yes. We provide post-warranty service for Teupen: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs, regardless of where the machine was bought.
