blocking fault
The Genie display shows code F-0-0-5 with the message “Output relay voltage too high when closed”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Possible causes
- Internal charger fault.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Disconnect AC input and battery pack for 30 seconds. If fault does not clear, contact Genie Product Support.
