Genie error codes
Genie with Deutz D436 engine: engine controller codes
These are codes of the combustion engine controller (ECM), separate from the machine control codes. The code has the form SPN-FMI (e.g. 84-8). Below are 19 codes with the original message from the manufacturer's manual and its description. They apply to these machines: Genie S-60 XC, S-60 with Deutz engine. - 84-8Speed sensor: no tach; harness
- 91-2Set point sensor 1: short circuit; harness
- 91-11Error Hand Setp1: Contact Genie product support.
- 100-1Oil pressure warning: oil pressure below speed / Oil pressure switch: pressure below switch off limit
- 100-2Oil pressure: short circuit; harness
- 102-2Charge air pressure: short circuit; harness
- 105-0Charge air temp: warning: exceeded warning level / Charge air temp. switch: exceeded switch off limit
- 105-2Charge air temp: short circuit; harness
- 108-12Atmospheric pressure: Out of range. Program logic Parameter fault: No data found or checksum data faulty. Stack overflow: Internal calculation fault. Internal fault: Contact Genie product support.
- 110-0Coolant temperature warning: exceeded warning level / Coolant temperature switch: exceeded switch off limit
- 110-2Coolant temp: short circuit; harness
- 111-1Coolant level warning: switch input "Low coolant level" is active
- 171-12Internal temperature: Control unit internal temperature out of range.
- 174-0Fuel temperature warning: exceeded level
- 174-2Fuel temp: short circuit; harness Functional fault warning
- 190-0Excess speed switch-off: speed i excess of limit Sensors
- 190-8Speed sensor 1: sensor fault; distance from gear; harness / Speed sensor 2: sensor fault; distance from gear; harness
- 201-2Set point sensor 2: short circuit; harness
- 898-2Error CAN setp1: Contact Genie product support.
