blocking fault
During stand-by the field voltage should be approx. ½ V. This alarm is generated if the field voltage differs from this value.

Possible causes
The manual does not list the causes for this code: the service technician establishes them during diagnosis of the machine.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
The possible external causes are: incorrect connection of the excitation wires, leakage to the framework of the platform. Otherwise, it is an internal fault.
