Code F005 occurs in machines: Genie GS30, GS32, GS46 & GS47.

Short circuit of the pothole limit #1 switch at system startup.

Effect on the machine: All functions inhibited except platform down as long as machine is in the elevated position. If machine is in stowed position, all functionality is resumed.
Possible causes
- Short circuit of the pothole switch circuit.
- Pothole limit #1 switch short circuit.
- GCON ECM.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
What service does
A qualified service technician reads the code with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools, finds the cause, clears the code and carries out a function test.
