Possible causes
- Check connections and wiring for interruptions between controller and motor encoder.
- Check the harness for proper installation.
- Check the encoder mechanical installation. If the encoder slips inside its compartment, replace the encoder or change the drive motor.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
