Code F11.09 occurs in machines: Haulotte OPTIMUM 8, OPTIMUM 1931 E.
blocking fault
Arm raise is controlled and arm angle is decreasing, out of calibration process (arm angle or pressure angle table).

Possible causes
- Check YV903 valve (wiring and connection).
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
What service does
A qualified service technician reads the code with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools, finds the cause, clears the code and carries out a function test.
