Zoomlion error code 69 — High Neutral Current Fault (Zapi only)

Code 69 occurs in machines: Zoomlion ZS0407, ZS0607, ZS0608, ZS0808, ZS0812, ZS1012, ZS1212, ZS1414.
blocking fault
The motor controller (MC) detects current in the motors when there should be none. This can happen whenever the MC considers the brakes to be applied while the motors are still turning. This message sometimes appears just before other faults: in that case it should be ignored.

Effect on the machine: Disable All Motion
Possible causes
The manual does not list the causes for this code: the service technician establishes them during diagnosis of the machine.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
What service does
A qualified service technician reads the code with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools, finds the cause, clears the code and carries out a function test.
