The two-character code (e.g. 01, 52, LL) is shown on the LED diagnostic display of the platform control box and on the LCD of the ground control box. The fault must be removed before work resumes. Below are 101 codes with the fault name from the manufacturer's manual and its description. They apply to these machines: Zoomlion ZS0407, ZS0607, ZS0608, ZS0808, ZS0812, ZS1012, ZS1212, ZS1414 (DC, DC-Li, AC, AC-Li versions) and ZS0508C, ZS0610C, ZS0612C, ZS1216C. Source: Zoomlion Service and Maintenance Manual for scissor lifts, Polish edition (version C, March 2023), tables 3-1 and 3-2. The manufacturer's manual for these machines is available only in Polish. The fault names and descriptions marked as translated are our English translation of the Polish edition, not the manufacturer's own wording. That applies to 75 of the 101 codes; the others are given in English in the manual itself and are quoted unchanged.

The descriptions are quoted from the manufacturer's service documentation and are for guidance only. Clearing codes, calibrations and repairs are carried out by a qualified service technician according to the manual for the specific serial number. A machine with an active blocking code must not be used until the cause has been removed.
