Niftylift: the manufacturer in brief
Niftylift is a British manufacturer of compact, lightweight articulating boom lifts, founded in 1985 by Roger Bowden in Bedfordshire. Its first product was the trailer-mounted Nifty 120, and the company soon moved to Milton Keynes, where its headquarters and production remain to this day.
The brand specialises in articulating boom lifts: trailer-mounted (Nifty series) and self-propelled (HeightRider/HR series). It is a pioneer of hybrid drive: in 2007 it introduced the world's first true parallel hybrid drive in an aerial work platform, and in 2018 the second generation, Gen2 Hybrid.
