JLG lift service
JLG is an American manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telehandlers, part of the Oshkosh corporation and, alongside Genie and Haulotte, one of the leaders of the global MEWP market. JLG machines are part of our fleet; we service them, have parts for them and carry out maintenance inspections and prepare machines for UDT inspections.
About JLG
JLG is an American pioneer and global leader in the aerial work platform market. The company was founded in 1969 by John L. Grove (his initials are JLG) in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania. The direct trigger was a tragic scaffolding accident, which prompted him to build a safer method of working at height. The first JLG aerial work platform was built in 1970.
In December 2006 JLG was acquired by Oshkosh Corporation for about USD 3 billion, the largest acquisition in Oshkosh's history. The headquarters remained in McConnellsburg; the company has five plants in the USA and further plants in the United Kingdom, France, Mexico and China.
The JLG portfolio covers articulating and telescopic boom lifts, scissor lifts (electric and engine-powered), vertical masts and telehandlers, also under the SkyTrak and Lull brands. Working heights range from a dozen or so metres to nearly 60 m. The 1500SJ, launched in 2011, was the first straight boom lift to reach 150 feet without needing an oversize transport permit.
In the AccessM20 ranking (Access International/KHL), JLG ranks first in the world among access equipment manufacturers, ahead of Terex/Genie. The brand celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019 and remains synonymous with innovation in the access sector.

Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs of JLG lifts, after the manufacturer's warranty has ended (post-warranty service). At our workshop or on site at your premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.
Service life assessment
We carry out the service life assessment (identification of the technical condition) that UDT requires for JLG machines which have exceeded the service life set by the manufacturer.
Documentation and manuals
We help to put together the technical and operating documentation (DTR), operating manuals and service documentation for JLG machines.
Replacement machine
If a repair of your JLG machine takes longer, we provide a replacement machine for demanding customers, subject to fleet availability, so the downtime on site is shorter.

Yes. RK Rental carries out repairs and periodic maintenance inspections of JLG lifts, both at our workshop in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz and on site at the customer's premises: on a construction site, in a hall or in a warehouse.

Yes. We supply spare parts for JLG machines, original parts or proven replacements, with delivery anywhere in Poland.
Can you prepare JLG machines for the UDT inspection and carry out a service life assessment?
Yes. We prepare JLG machines for UDT inspections (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection), carry out periodic and maintenance inspections and the service life assessment required once the manufacturer's service life has been exceeded.
Do you service JLG after the warranty has ended?
Yes. We provide post-warranty service for JLG: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs, regardless of where the machine was bought.
