The Genie display shows code 131-23 with the message “Battery Voltage — Value too high”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Charging disabled, brake set, main contactor open, no drive
Possible causes
- Battery voltage too high
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
