The Genie display shows code 135-23 with the message “Wall Powered Charger Error Codes — High AC voltage error (>270VAC)”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.

Possible causes

  • AC voltage is too high.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

Connect charger to an AC source that provides stable AC between 85 - 270 VAC / 45-65 Hz. (This error will automatically clear once the condition has been corrected.)
