Possible causes
- External short of phase U,V, or W motor connections.
- Motor parameters are miss- tuned.
- Controller defective.
- Speed encoder noise problems.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Set: Phase current exceeded the current measurement limit. Clear: Cycle Key switch.
