Effect on the machine: Reduced drive torque.

Possible causes

  • Normal operation. Fault indicates the batteries need recharging. Controller is performance limited at this voltage.
  • Battery parameters are mis- adjusted.
  • Non-controller system drain on battery.
  • Battery resistance too high.
  • Battery disconnected while driving.
  • See Monitor menu » Battery: Capacitor Voltage.
  • Blown B+ fuse or main contactor did not close.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

Set: Capacitor bank voltage dropped below the Undervoltage limit with the FET bridge enabled. Clear: Bring capacitor voltage above the Undervoltage limit.
