Effect on the machine: ShutdownEMBrake r ; ShutdownThrottle; FullBrake. Will drag tire with the bad brake.

Possible causes

  • Open or short on drive load.
  • Dirty connector pins.
  • Bad crimps or faulty wiring.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

Set: Electromagnetic brake driver (pin 5) is either open or shorted. This fault can be set only when EM Brake Type >0. Clear: Correct open or short, and cycle driver.
