The Genie display shows code 203-26 with the message “AC L CTRLR _ _ AC Motor Controller Left Side — RESISTANCE TOO LOW”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.

Effect on the machine: Drive output (low side) is shorted connected/ shorted to B- without the output being commanded

Possible causes

  • Coil shorted or lower than expected resistance.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

*If occurs on function activation check wiring and valve coil for the function activated when fault occurs. *If fault occurs on power up, replace controller.
