The Genie display shows code 205-27 with the message “Drive Power Contactor — Active at startup”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: No drive functions
Possible causes
- Main contactor is found closed at power ON (welded contactor)
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
