The Genie display shows code 265-21 with the message “Charger Usb — Fault”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Possible causes
- Issue inserting or removing USB flash drive
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Remove and re-insert USB Flash Drive If issue persist, disconnect AC power and battery for 30 seconds and retry
