The Genie display shows code 267-24 with the message “Charger Ac Voltage — Value too low”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Charging Connect charger to an disabled AC source that provides stable AC between 85 - 270 VAC / 45 - 65 Hz Self clearing when condition has been corrected.
Possible causes
- AC source is unstable. Undersized generator and/or undersized input cables
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
What service does
A qualified service technician reads the code with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools, finds the cause, clears the code and carries out a function test.
