The Genie display shows code 70-24 with the message “Pump Electric Motor Speed — TOO LOW”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Primary Up and Secondary Up are disabled
Possible causes
- Generator & Engine RPM don't match by more than 100 RPM for > 2.5 seconds
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
*Check 3 wire plug on lift pump motor & verify 5V *DC to pin & B- at pin C. *Check/Replace lift pump motor encoder and wiring.
