The Genie display shows code 76-17 with the message “Platform Load — Not Calibrated”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.

Possible causes
- Load cell not calibrated or only zero load calibrated
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
