The Genie display shows code 81-19 with the message “Wall Powered Charger Error Codes — Hardware build does not support software version”. It is an information message and does not need any reaction.

Possible causes

  • The charger hardware does not support the new software version trying to be programmed. Existing SW is left running.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
