The Genie display shows code 81-37 with the message “Wall Powered Charger Error Codes — Stalled Cooling Fan Motor”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.

Possible causes

  • Fan will not turn when commanded, rotor must be locked

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

Fan is obstructed, inspect the fan and clear the blockage.
