The Genie display shows code 362 with the message “MegaJector voltage supply low”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Possible causes
- The MegaJector detects voltage less than 9.5 volts for 5 seconds anytime the engine is cranking or running.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Repair VBAT power or ground circuit to ECM and MegaJector OR replace battery OR repair charging system OR replace the MegaJector.
