Code 632 occurs in machines: Genie Z-80/60, S-80, S-85, GS-3384 RT, GS-3390, GS-4390, GS-5390.

The Genie display shows code 632 with the message “External 5V DC Ref Higher than Expected”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Possible causes
- Engine harness wiring and/or connections open or shorted to ground.
- there is a faulty engine sensor.
- ECM is faulty.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Locate and repair any engine harness wiring damage or shorts OR locate and troubleshoot or repair faulty engine sensor OR replace ECM.
