Effect on the machine: Lifting/Lowering disabled.
Possible causes
- Failure to read or write to nonvolatile (NVM) memory.
- Internal controller fault detected.
- Physical damage from external sources/events.
- Battery overcharged.
- Excessive motor or controller heating.
- Firmware in the controller is incorrect.
- CRC of the application or OS does not match.
- Application built with an incompatible OS version.
- Autobaud failure on linked controller CAN port.
- Internal error with the controller.
- Software loaded (.cdev) is not compatible with the controller hardware.
- Mistuned Hazardous Direction Response Time _ _ _ parameter.
- Mistuned Hazardous Accel parameter. _
- Mistuned Hazardous Speed Error parameter. _ _
- Mistuned Hazardous Throttle Response Time _ _ _ parameter
- Vehicle is moving when calibrating.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
What service does
A qualified service technician reads the code with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools, finds the cause, clears the code and carries out a function test.
