Effect on the machine: Lifting/Lowering disabled
Possible causes
- Non-controller system drain on battery/keyswitch circuit wiring.
- Resistance in low power (KSI) circuit is too high.
- KSI disconnected while driving.
- Battery parameters are misadjusted.
- Battery resistance too high for given regen current.
- Battery disconnected while regen braking.
- Battery voltage applied to KSI (pin1) exceeds the severe overvoltage limit.
- Regen braking currents elevated the battery voltage Controller performance limited at this voltage.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
What service does
A qualified service technician reads the code with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools, finds the cause, clears the code and carries out a function test.
