The Genie display shows code 55-11 with the message “High Drive Speed Coil — Shorted to supply voltage”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Drive functions will not operate.
Possible causes
- TCON detected that C29MS circuit is shorted to 12 V.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

* Verify wiring for C29MS (RD/WH, TCON J2-8) and check for open or short circuits.
