The Genie display shows code 191-25 with the message “LR Drive Motor — Resistance Too High”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: EM brake set. Main Contactor Open. No Drive of failed motor. Reduces machine drive speed.
Possible causes
- Motor phase is open. Bad crimps or faulty wiring.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Check motor power (UVW) cables. Confirm motor power cable connections.
