The Genie display shows code 77-13 with the message “Platform display (VCON) — Not detected”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Effect on the machine: The following functions are not available: -Drive Enable, High Drive Speed (low speed forced) & Function Speed toggle switch. -Overload, Drive Enable and Tilt Alarm icons

What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
* 24V supply to VCON pin 2 (C134PWR RD). * B- at VCON pin 1. * 60Ω across VCON pins 3 and 4 with power off.
