The Genie display shows code 53-15 with the message “Drive Reverse Valve — Circuit shorted to GND”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Engine will not operate.
Possible causes
- TCON detected that C31REV circuit is shorted to GND.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
