The Genie display shows code 9-21 with the message “Engine — Fault”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Effect on the machine: This is a generic engine warning fault. Engine may enforce power reduction. Other effects vary depending on the fault.
Possible causes
- Engine is reporting an engine-specific fault.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
