Purpose and legal basis: we process your data in order to handle your enquiry about the machine documentation, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If we end up working together, we also process it to conclude and perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the controller's legitimate interest, e.g. for archiving and as evidence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients: entities that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (IT and e-mail services, the accounting office, courier, legal and insurance companies), only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Retention period: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry about the machine documentation and until you withdraw your consent; if a contract is concluded, for the duration of its performance and the limitation period for claims; accounting documents are kept in line with tax law.

Your rights: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
