The Genie GS-2632 combines a width of 0.81 m with a platform height of 7.85 m. As a result, this scissor lift reaches hall ceilings, upper racking levels and suspended services while still passing through standard doors. The 2.16 × 0.78 m platform with a 0.91 m deck extension takes a total of 227 kg; inside a building two people can work on it, outdoors one. The guardrails are 1.10 m high.
The machine is designed primarily for indoor use on level floors, and its non-marking tyres leave no marks. The floor pressure is 12.96 kPa and the maximum wheel load is 815 kg; these values are worth comparing with the load-bearing capacity of the floor slab or mezzanine. With the guardrails folded, the height drops to 1.88 m, which makes it easier to pass through lower openings, and the 2,037 kg unladen weight means goods lifts and ramps need to be checked.
