What is the Haulotte Optimum 8 used for?
The Haulotte Optimum 8 is a compact electric scissor lift for indoor work in industrial buildings, offices, shops and public buildings. The platform rises to 5.77 m, giving 7.77 m of working height: as much as you need for installing lighting, suspended ceilings and ventilation systems or for painting walls. Non-marking tyres leave no marks on floors, and the electric drive produces no exhaust fumes and runs quietly.
A width of 0.79 m lets it pass through typical internal doors, and the 1.5 m outer turning radius makes manoeuvring between racking and partition walls easier. When choosing the machine, check the load-bearing capacity of the floor slab: the unladen weight is 1,590 kg. The permissible chassis tilt is 1.5° / 3°, so this MEWP should work on level, firm ground. The stowed height does not exceed 2 m.
