Effect on the machine: Controller does not fully startup (without error).
Possible causes
- The firmware in the controller is incorrect.
- The CRC of the application or OS does not match.
- The application was built with an incompatible OS version.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Set: The loaded software is not compatible with the controller hardware. Clear: Load the matching software. Verify that the controller model matches the cdev version for the project and the VCL Studio application.
